i think, i can say that the result of nursing licensure exam today is gradually decreasing i dont know what is the reason behind, one thing that comes to my mind why this happened is that, 1st there is a quota that prc should manage or cut off or maybe it depends upon the topnotcher percentage met which is 88%.out of 84 thousand examinees only 29 thousand passed the licensure exam. what do you think guys please add your comment...

assessor's methodology and trainer's methodology (AM/TM) @ tesda is a learning thesis that consist of 7 outputs that you need to accomplish after 5 days of seminar, the tesda main goal is to enhance self knowledge of the participants on how to become a qualified assessor and trainer everyone is capable to participate as long as you have a national certificate level 2 that you finished and passed. but don't worry it sounds like it is very difficult but it is all paper works and role playing and you have facilitators that will guide you if you dont understand the instruction or if you have some questions. after 5 days of seminar on the 6th day this is what we called "the final judgment" where in you have to defend your paperwork and answer the question of the assessors based on your output done.after you pass this methodology your facilitator will give you a certificate of completion you may apply @ tesda regional office to convert it into national tvet trainor and assessor level 1 certificate or AQ1TQ1. having this certificate you can teach now to any assessment training centers or vocational schools offered base on your course taken.
